Please Note: Glendale C.C. offers full-time "Credit ESL/English" instruction during the regular FALL & SPRING Semesters, and can issue the SEVIS Form I-20 for either "Language Training" or "Associate Degree" studies. International students can apply for either program -- depending on their Academic and English background. [The TOEFL or IELTS would NOT be required for the "ESL/Language Training" Form I-20 from Glendale.]
