Glendale Community College shall confer the degree of Associate of Arts or Associate of Science upon a student who has satisfactorily completed all the requirements for graduation. A student may receive only one A.S. and one A.A. degree.
A major leading to a well-defined objective. When a course(s) required for a specific major is also on the list of approved general education courses, the course(s) may be used to satisfy both major and general education requirements.
The requirement for the Associate in Science degree may be met by completing an approved Glendale Community College Certificate Programs of 24 semester units or more, and the General Education Requirements.
