MONDAY
Grilled Tuscan Chicken Salad (your choice with or without the chicken)
Cannelini beans, olives, fresh fennel & red onion tossed together in a lemon juice- dijon mustard vinaigrette placed on a bed of mixed baby greens, basil and fresh
Parsley. Served with or without sliced grilled chicken breast.

TUESDAY
TOSTADA SALAD (your choice of chicken or no meat at all)
Served in a crispy flour tortilla bowl, warm refried beans are topped with shredded lettuce, grilled chicken al pastor, diced tomatoes, grated cheddar cheese, sliced scallions and finished with sliced avocado.
Served with our homemade Poblano Chili Dressing.

WEDNESDAY
CHOPPED “ABLT” SALAD
Chopped iceberg lettuce topped with smoky bacon, diced tomato, avocado and blue cheese crumbles. Served with homemade ranch-gorgonzola dressing.

THURSDAY
GRILLED VEGETABLE SALAD
A medley of tossed grilled zucchini, red onion, mushrooms, red& green bell pepper with crumbled goat cheese served on a bed of chopped Lacinato kale with a white balsamic vinaigrette.
