Suggested dates for three EOPS Counselor

February 3 - March 13 = 1st contact
-
March 16 - May 1 = 2nd contact

You
MUST
have the 2nd contact completed by May 1st to
be considered for EOPS grant. This includes CSD and Scholars
students who need to bring a study list or updated SEP from their
counselor in these programs. Students
enrolled in St Dv 100 also must make their one required EOPS
counselor visit by this date.
- May 4 - June 5 = 3rd contact

You
MUST
have the 3rd contact completed by June 5th to
be considered for EOPS book voucher – summer/fall 2009. This
includes CSD (1) and Scholars students who need to bring a study list or
updated SEP from their counselor in these programs.
- Students
enrolled in less than 12 units have
until June 10th
to make their three counselor contacts. These students will not be
considered for EOPS grant spring'09 or book vouchers for
summer/fall 2009.

Grants - will
be mailed the week of June 1, 2009.

Book Vouchers
– summer 2009 – can be picked up in the EOPS office on January 22-26,
2009 from 8:30am – 6:30pm.

IMPORTANT
REMINDER:
During the fall and spring semesters students will be allowed to see
a counselor, as many times as needed, but only one contact will
be counted per week. Remember, three contacts are needed per semester,
and one per short intersession.
