GETTING TESTED:
FINDING YOUR ABILITIES
Testing for new students will help you determine your skill levels in many academic areas, including written English expression, reading and Mathematics. The college gives tests in English, English as a Second language (ESL) and Math. Your test scores will help you and your counselor choose the correct courses for you to take in your first semester.
EXCEPTIONS
Students who have completed Math or English courses with a "C" grade or better
at another community college or university.
If you have a verified learning or physical disability, you may make an
appointment for testing with special accommodations by contacting the Disabled
Student Center in San Rafael Building.
