Biography:
Walt Zozula has been an instructor in the Real Estate Department at GCC for over 20 years. His instructional style is to weave real-time real estate activity into the textbook material in order to ensure that students not only acquire the factual knowledge to pass the California Real Estate exams and qualify for a real estate license but also understand the ethics of the significant role they will play in the financial wellbeing of their clients. Walt Zozula got his first real estate license in 1970 and has been actively involved in Real Estate Brokerage and Mortgage Lending for over 50 years. His vast experience encompasses management positions in Commercial Banking, Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Brokering, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage as well as his own investments in fix/flip properties, commercial and residential rental properties, and Hard Money Lending. Walt Zozula is a published author and is the president of the Board of Directors of the Ukrainian Culture Center in Los Angeles as well as an advisor in real estate matters for several other non-profits.
