Further Clarifications
- You must apply for funds before beginning any work you wish to be paid for. If a project is already started, you can be paid for the hours that occur after being approved but not before.
- Applications can be considered for one semester or one year, depending on the length of the project.
- Once an Ancillary Activity Stipend Application is approved, a Completion Form will be emailed to you along with the division chair, committee chair, and area dean. At the end of the semester, fill out the Completion Form to verify that the work was completed. The Completion Form will require signatures from the division chair and committee chair.
- Payments are processed at the end of the semester after the signed Completion Form is received.
