GCC has a strong and active union, Glendale College Guild (American Federation of Teachers Local 2276).   Our union keeps its bargaining strength by maintaining high membership numbers.  We currently boast a 100% FT union membership rate and a 91.5% overall union membership rate among our faculty here at GCC and with good reason, as this is the best way to guarantee protections for both our students and ourselves.
