When writing letters of recommendation for students, it's best to use the official GCC letterhead. You can access the letterhead, along with GCC PowerPoint templates and GCC email signatures, by following the steps:

• Navigate to SharePoint. The path to SharePoint from the main page is to visit www.glendale.edu, scroll to the bottom, select "Faculty and Staff," and select the SharePoint Online button. 
• Log in using GCC email credentials 
• Inside SharePoint, select the "Faculty and Staff" box
• Select the "Template: Letterhead, PowerPoint " box
