Campus Key Distribution	Campus keys can be ordered by completing the Facilities Department Work Order. Your manager, supervisor, division chair or designee must complete this form. For more information, contact Patrick Shahnazarian at Ext. 6610. You will be notified when your key is ready for pick-up. Completed keys are distributed by Administrative Services in AD114. Garfield Campus keys can be picked up in the Administrative Dean's office.
Electronic Building Keys	Electronic building key cards can be ordered by completing the Facilities Department Work Order.
Use of College Facilities and Rentals Class Projects on Campus Approval Form Release/Assumption of Risk for Participation in a Voluntary Activity	Contact Rosa Buford at Ext. 5112.
