Phase I

Sierra Nevada Building Construction Upgrades consisted of new make-up air unit installed Oct 27, 2017.   SN existing women’s locker room is now under construction and will become the new men's and women’s locker rooms. This project includes improving San Fernando Complex ADA path of travel, including the installation of a wheelchair lift at the south of SN Building. The job walk and bid are completed. This project was board approved at the November 21, 2017 Board Meeting.

Phase II

PE Gym, demolition, grading and utilities.

Phase III

PE Gym, building structure. We are currently moving forward with the design phase. The schematic design and design development phases are concluded. The architectural firm is currently working on construction design phase. The construction documents are scheduled for DSA review in January and its approval is expected to take 6-10 months.
