PeopleSoft Campus Solutions serves as the student information system (SIS) for GCC, offering intuitive and efficient management of all campus constituents, including applicants, students, faculty, and staff. This comprehensive administrative suite provides real-time information access and facilitates specific user actions. PeopleSoft streamlines various college business functions such as admissions, registration, grade reporting, transcript maintenance, financial aid distribution, and maintaining constituent contact information. Additionally, it includes the web portal, MyGCC, which serves as a gateway for students, advisors, and faculty to access self-service functions, allowing students to update contact information, register for classes, view unofficial transcripts, and pay fees.

Oracle e-Business Suite is a comprehensive collection of modules designed to meet the college's core needs in finance, accounting, purchasing, and human resources.
