General Information
The Helpdesk is the primary point of contact for all Glendale Community College (GCC) technology needs.
We handle many requests and incidents, such as
- manage user and email accounts,
- reset passwords (faculty & staff only, students use automated reset),
- troubleshoot desktop and laptop computer issues (college-owned systems only),
- answer PeopleSoft questions,
- review faculty hardware and software orders (ITS purchase standards), and
- check out multimedia equipment, to name a few.

If you like to stop by our office, we welcome drop-ins or schedule a time in advance. We are located in room LB113 on the lower level of the Library Building (LB).
