General Information

The Helpdesk is the primary point of contact for all Glendale Community College (GCC) technology needs.  

We handle many requests and incidents, such as

  • manage user and email accounts,
  • reset passwords (faculty & staff only, students use automated reset),
  • troubleshoot desktop and laptop computer issues (college-owned systems only),
  • answer PeopleSoft questions, 
  • review faculty hardware and software orders (ITS purchase standards), and
  • check out multimedia equipment, to name a few.

You can reach us by calling (818) 240-1000 at extension 4357 (HELP). 

If you like to stop by our office, we welcome drop-ins or schedule a time in advance. We are located in room LB113 on the lower level of the Library Building (LB).
