Starting fall of 2018 all assessments will be submitted through eLumen. If you are a faculty member that was assigned a coordinator role please see tab for eLumen Tutorials.

In order to access eLumen for assessment purposes, use the GCC elumen Portal Login. Username and password information is the same as your GCC email credentials.

Select the eLumen    tab to view, submit or review Student Learning Outcomes for assessment purposes. We strongly suggest using Chrome, Firefox and Safari as your browser for creating or conducting assessments.

Once a faculty member is in eLumen, course(s) that have been created by the coordinator in your area or discipline will appear. There are two items to complete before the assessment can be successfully submitted:

1. Individual evaluation of Student Learning Outcome(s) per student
2. Completion of Reflection Questions
