Mindfulness Monday's
Monday's 12:30 - 1:00 PM - Sept. 16 - Dec. 9

Take a half hour out of your week to relax and refresh. Led by Vivian Hermiz via Zoom and In-Person in the Planetarium – thanks Jenny Krestow and Barbara Falkowski! Vivian is a certified mindfulness facilitator. She helped start Mindfulness Monday's and we look forward to her return.

Lifestyle Fitness Center - Verdugo Campus
Tuesday's and Thursday's 3:30 - 5:00 PM - Sept. 17 - Dec. 12
This is just for faculty and staff, no students in attendance at that time. We have cardio and resistance equipment. Assistance with custom workouts and use of equipment.

The Lifestyle Fitness Center and the Weight Room will also be open to students (as well as Faculty/Staff) the following hours starting 9/9. You are more than welcome to come at these times as well:

Limited to 12 people per session. A sign-up sheet will be sent out about a week before each session. PLEASE LIMIT YOURSELF TO 1 MASSAGE FOR THE SEMESTER. You can always add your name to the wait list, and you may get a lucky phone call the day of.

 

Steps Challenge

Challenge yourself to get 10,000 steps per day, or as many steps as you can! A drawing for prizes will take place at the conclusion of the challenge. 

 

On-Track

Join Wellness Advocate Mike Eberts at the Sartoris Field (football field) scoreboard.

On-Track is like an office hour without walls, a campus meeting without minutes, a happy hour without hangovers. Some weeks will have a suggested conversation topic.
