The following queries and dashboards are designed to be helpful for enrollment management. The dashboards are all publicly available, while the queries require access to PeopleSoft Query Viewer or Query Manager.

Queries

In order to access queries, go to the PeopleSoft Query Viewer page. This requires logging in to PeopleSoft. To run a query, type its name (or part of its name) into the "Search By" text box.

Note that you can add useful queries to your "My Favorite Queries" list. Search for a query, then in the resulting table of search results click on "Favorite" in the last column for the query you want to add to your favorites list.

• GCC_RP_CLASS_VW_FTEF_BY_DIV
  • When you enter a term code (e.g., 2247 for Fall 2024), this query produces a table showing total full-time equivalent faculty (FTEF) by division for the term
