Background of Renner's Renegades...
In 2008 Women's History Month lost its budget. Faculty across several disciplines decided they would still hold Women's History Month—and they would start by showing the GCC campus where women showed up in their course material. Peggy Renner in the Women's History Department led the charge!
Faculty across the campus volunteered and opened up their classrooms to invite students, faculty and staff to find out something new or explore a topic they had not thought about before!
