Students completing an Associate in Arts in Theatre Arts: General learn to identify theatre as a collaborative art form; analyze a play from script to performance; apply skills and knowledge of theatre in preparation for transfer; and identify theatre terms and occupations. Students must complete all required courses for a minimum of 25 units. Program Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this program, students will be able to apply skills and knowledge of theatre in preparation for transfer ability or vocation; analyze a play from script to performance; identify theatre terms and occupations; and identify theatre as a collaborative art form.
All courses used to satisfy the major for the Associate in Arts degree must be completed with a grade of "C" or better.
