Entry Level Positions: find a position in the industry or sales/customer services

Internships: seek an internship at a Real Estate office, mortgage company, property management, or bank. Gain college credits by enrolling in BUSAD 50 or CO ED 101 for work and internships

Networking and Shadowing: get connected and reach out to a real estate agency and ask about shadowing

State License: complete three Real Estate courses to qualify for the licensing exam. Real Estate Sales license is the entry level requirement initially for Real Estate Broker work but will eventually need Broker License. There are separate state exam for sales, loan broker, and appraisal
