Clinical Experience: Most specialty programs have clinical experience as part of the program but if they do not, search out other opportunities.

Industry Certificates: Research and obtain industry certificates for desired career. Some may require more or specific education so begin working to complete that.

Internships: Find an opportunity doing some of the work. Clinic, hospital, family services, public health, gyms, etc. You can gain college credit for an internship using the CO ED 101 course.

Volunteer: Go after opportunities at a clinic, hospital, medical center, gyms, etc.

Work: Entry level work at the front office of related offices or work as a trainer at a gym to build up experience and clients would be beneficial.

Shadowing and Networking: Ride alongs or shadowing experiences are also really helpful and informative.
