Mentorship: Connect with former or current professors or professionals in the industry to find mentoring relationships.

Childcare Experience: Nanny or babysit for initial experiences. Keep in my this will not replace the tools and knowledge needed for advanced careers but will add opportunities to practice interactions and hone skills.
