The USC Race & Equity Center’s California Community College Equity Leadership Alliance unites community colleges across California for learning and design thinking experiences on an array of topics pertaining to racial equity. The alliance provides a virtual community of practice for community college staff, faculty, and administrators who take part in the offerings. Access to shared resources and previously recorded webinars provide opportunities for everyone to learn and partake in the alliance. Through the alliance, GCC also participates in campus climate surveys supported by USC’s Race & Equity Center staff and researchers.
