What is GADER?

When will GADER training opportunities be offered again?

• Glendale Annual Distance Education Re-certification (GADER)has been negotiated per the May 2024 Guild MOU:

• Full-time faculty will complete 3 hours of training in Distance Education pedagogy per year; part-time faculty will complete 2 hours of DE pedagogy per year.

• A new DE Faculty Development Coordinator will be appointed in January 2025. They will design, provide, and organize GADER trainings (synchronous and asynchronous) in time to meet the March 15th 2025 soft deadline.
