How To: Reset Student Email Password
Login to MyGCC
Enter your Student # and Password to login to Student Portal.
Once you login to Student Home Page, Click on My Profile
1. Click on the Reset Email (you may be asked for access to nonsecure page, click yes)
2. Click on the Reset password button.
3. A successful Reset Password will give you a message "Password has been reset."
4. Use your email username and temporary password (shown on the screen) to login
(you will be asked to change your temporary password again make sure you will make a note this time, passwords are case sensitive)
Open a new tab or window.
Go to MyGCC login page and click on the Student Email button.

The college email service is provided by Google Mail.
Type in your entire email address and your temporary password.
If you already have a Google Mail Account you will need to press the create an account link to have an additional account for your student email
We also recommend that you Uncheck the Stay signed in box. This is especially important if you are using a public computer.
Replace your temporary password with a permanent one.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long
