In accordance with the Higher Education Opportunity Act, Student Consumer Information Regulations of the United States Department of Education require all colleges and universities to provide their students access to certain information as consumers.  Under these regulations Glendale Community College biannually distributes to all students a notice of the availability of consumer information.  Additionally, the right to request and receive this information in writing is available by contacting the appropriate director or designee of each area indicated below during regular business hours.

The Glendale Community College Police Department is dedicated to providing a safe environment for students, employees, and the public who visit our respective campuses. Open 7 days a week, the College Police Department is staffed by sworn peace officers, communication and records specialists, and cadets. As part of their public safety mission, and in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the Glendale Community College Police Department provides annual disclosure of procedural information and statistical data over a three year period. Intercollegiate Athletic Program Participation Rates 

Constitution Day - In order to comply with the federal regulation requiring the development of educational programming to celebrate Constitution Day, the Associated Students of Glendale Community College (ASGCC) in conjunction with the Student Activities Office sponsors an annual event on September 17th on the main campus plaza to educate the campus community about the United States Constitution. Students, staff and faculty are provided with pocket copies of the U.S. Constitution.  Participating students also received free food and refreshments after reciting historical facts about the Constitution.  Contact:  Dean of Student Affairs; 818-240-1000, ext. 5594.
