  • Social Security Number
  • Alien Registration Number (if not a U.S Citizen)
  • Records of investments and untaxed income
    (if applicable)
  • FSA ID login information

Dependent Students Bring your and your parent(s) 2017/2018 tax returns & W2 and/or 1099 forms.

Independent Students Bring your (and spouse's, if married) 2017/2018 tax returns & W2 and/or 1099 forms.

We strongly suggest to create FSA ID if you do not already have one prior to coming at FSAID.ed.gov
