Group Study Room Policies

Enrolled students with a valid GCC email address (@student.glendale.edu) may reserve group study rooms. Students with valid reservations have priority over those who do not. If you don't have a reservation, you may be asked to leave the room.

All students using the study rooms must follow these rules:

  • Before entering the study rooms, you must check in at the front desk located at SV132.
  • Lights must remain on at all times.
  • Talk quietly as rooms are not sound-proof.
  • Students alone in study rooms may be asked to leave.
  • Rooms SV138-140 are reserved for groups of 2-8 students.
  • Room SV137 is reserved for group of 4-8 students. All group members must be present within 15 minutes of the reserved time.
  • If you are 15 minutes late for your reserved time, your reservation may be canceled.
  • Doors must remain unlocked at all times.
  • Study room and Learning Commons policies must be followed at all times.
