Please note that EOPS students are eligible for up to four UC application fee waivers.
Nearly all EOPS students will receive the admission application fee waivers automatically.

UC Fee Waiver
If the waiver is not activated automatically for UCs, use the following waiver form (click here for the UC waiver). Work with the EOPS counselor to complete the UC fee waiver and get the appropriate signatures.
NOTE: The fee waiver form should be completed only by students who do not receive the automatic fee waiver through the online UC application process.

CSU Fee Waiver
If the waiver is not activated automatically for CSUs, email the CSU Chancellor’s Office at Calstateapply@calstate.edu.
NOTE: The email should be sent to the Chancellor’s Office only by students who do not receive the automatic fee waiver through the online CSU application process.
