Pine Tee Legal Assistance (PTLA) Low Income Taxpayer Clinic -  Housing, money, taxes, debt, health and public benefits, home ownership and foreclosure, domestic violence, sexual assault and abuse, divorce, custody, and family.  Due to COVID - 19 they are closed but they are open for call - in hours. County of Los Angeles -  You can file your taxes free through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program if you make $55,000 a year or less.
