"Dia Familiar en GCC"/ Family Day at GCC

Each year, the students in the Estudiantes Unidos program choose a project to implement on or off campus. All participating students brainstorm ideas for projects, gauge the feasibility of implementing the project, then choose one from among many.

This year, the 2019-2020 Estudiantes Unidos members decided to have a Family Day for Latinx students, future students, parents, and family members. The event was planned for April 25 with a full day of activities, workshops, speakers, and a festive lunch.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic we could not hold the event in person and it had to be postponed. The Event was restructured to an online/remote format and it was launched virtually on August 26, 2020.
