Each year, the students in the Estudiantes Unidos program choose a projects to implement on or off campus. All participating students brainstorm ideas for projects,  gauge the feasibility of implementing the project, then choose one from among many.

This year, the 2020-2021Estudiantes Unidos  members brainstormed ideas and chose to curate and offer three career panels featuring LatinX individuals in various careers. The students identified the need for the event, chose the project as a group, recruited the speakers, developed the questions, and set dates and times for the 3 events.
