Canva is an online graphic design platform that provides tools for creating social media graphics, presentations, flyers, and more. GCC branded templates designed to maintain overall brand consistency.

GCC has partnered with Canva to offer its full product suite to faculty, staff, and students. This initiative highlights GCC's dedication to providing its community with essential tools to succeed in the ever-changing educational and job market.

If you are designing materials for external use and marketing, please contact Ann Simon for review and approval.

GCC has secured an Enterprise License to Canva. This license is available to the whole college, however, there are limited licenses available.

If your team shares an email log in where you share materials - please consider providing that email rather than individual emails.

Please fill out the Canva Interest Form to express your interest in having a Canva Enterprise license.

Canva is ideal for campus units looking to create quick on-brand designs based on pre-made templates. It’s designed to be user-friendly, focusing on individuals without design experience.

Copy designs or files to another team or account

GCC branded design templates are offered throughout the GCC Brand Guidelines as well as within the GCC Canva dashboard.

GCC division and department logos are available for download from the GCC Brand Guidelines site.

Yes, please follow our photography and public domain images guidelines. When possible please use photos of GCC and GCC students.
