Transfer Center Hours

Announcements

You can order your official transcripts through the Office of Admissions and Records. Only Glendale Community College grades are issued. Grades from other schools must be ordered from the original school. The same goes for any AP scores you may have earned. Official score reports must be ordered from College Board.  

CSU Deadlines:

Deadline to submit final, official transcript: July 15 (confirm with your specific CSU campus)

UC Deadlines:

Deadline to submit final, official transcript: July 1
Deadline to submit AP/IB exam scores and IGETC/Cal-GETC certification: July 15

Drop-in is offered in person and remotely--by phone or on Zoom. For online drop-in, click on the "Online Drop-In" link. For in person drop-in, please visit the Transfer Center on the 3rd floor of the Sierra Vista Building.

Appointments can be conducted in person or on Zoom. Evening appointments are available.

To schedule an appointment with a Transfer Center counselor, stop by the Transfer Center or call us.

Note: Transfer Center counseling appointments are limited. Please plan accordingly and do not wait until the last minute before an approaching deadline, as there may not be any appointments available.
