Announcements

You can order your official transcripts through the Office of Admissions and Records. Only Glendale Community College grades are issued. Grades from other schools must be ordered from the original school. The same goes for any AP scores you may have earned. Official score reports must be ordered from College Board.  

CSU Spring Admission: 

CSU Apply is LIVE for Spring admissions. Apply by August 31, 2026. 

CSUN's deadline for Spring admissions is October 15, 2026. 

CSU Fall Application:

Students can begin working in Cal State Apply for Fall 2027 on August 1, 2026. 

Appication submissions begin on October 1, 2026. 

UC Deadlines:

Deadline to submit final, official transcript: July 1
Deadline to submit AP/IB exam scores and IGETC/Cal-GETC certification: July 15

Representatives from over 50 colleges and universities will be available to answer your questions and help you explore your transfer options. Discover universities, colleges, and majors you may not have previously considered, and speak directly with university representatives as you prepare for your transfer journey.

If you’re planning to apply for Fall 2027 admission, this is a great opportunity to get your admissions questions answered.

Students who register in advance and attend will also be entered to win a $100 gift card.

For general (non-counseling) questions and technical issues, you have several options to speak with a Transfer Center staff member:

DROP-IN

Need to meet now? Request a 10-15 minute drop-in meeting.

Drop-in is offered in person and remotely--by phone or on Zoom. For online drop-in, click on the "Online Drop-In" link. For in person drop-in, please visit the Transfer Center on the 3rd floor of the Sierra Vista Building.

Transfer Center drop-in hours will begin on Tuesday, August 25th

Need more time with a counselor? Make an appointment for longer conversations.

Appointments can be conducted in person or on Zoom. Evening appointments are available.

To schedule an appointment with a Transfer Center counselor, stop by the Transfer Center or call us.

Transfer Center counseling appointments are limited. Please plan accordingly and do not wait until the last minute before an approaching deadline, as there may not be any appointments available.

Fall semester counseling ends on December 18th.
