Reimbursements

Tuition Reimbursement Request Form (pdf)
- Faculty taking courses in an accredited university or college can submit requests for tuition reimbursement to the Faculty Development mailbox or the Faculty Development office. The amount of annual reimbursement for tuition and instructional materials is a maximum of $1,000 per academic year. Once a form is completed and the corresponding transcripts are attached, packets must be submitted to Tiffany Ingle @ facdev@glendale.edu. Please note that funds are limited. Reimbursement may not exceed the actual cost of enrolling in such courses.
