    Step 2: Submit Request for College Credit Consideration Form

    After students receive GCC ID:

    Step 3: High School Teachers Submit Grades To GCC

    Grades are submitted to GCC by High School teacher
    • High School teachers submit grades to GCC of the students that completed the Request for College Credit Consideration form.
    • Note: Completion of GCC’s application and submission of the ‘Request for Articulation Credit’ form are required from high school students seeking college credit. Students need a “B” or higher in the yearlong high school course for it to count towards college credit
    • Deadline to submit grades: May 23, 2025, late submissions accepted June 6th, 2025. Note that if we do not receive grades for students by this deadline, GCC is unable to post credit for students via this process. Please email ngonzalez@glendale.edu with any questions.

    Step 4: GCC Admissions and Records Post Credit
