REFLECTION QUESTIONS
Reflection Questions
In order to successfully complete your assessment the reflection questions must be answered. Question#1 and #2 are mandatory. Question #3 and #4 are optional. Keep in mind the reflection allows the faculty member to see the class as a whole reflecting on what the students learned by the end of the term.
Things to focus on when writing the reflection portion of the assessment report:
- Did the assessment tool(s) work and were the students able to retain the information through the process.
- If the assessment process was successful are the students prepared for future courses.
- If the assessment was not successful how can you change it. There could be many reasons for this: how the SLO is written, the assessment tool, slight adjust in the assessment process etc.
