Welcome to the Campus Use and Room Reservations page.

Glendale Community College is comprised of three campuses - Verdugo, Garfield, and Montrose (Professional Development Center) - that host a variety meetings, lectures, workshops, conferences and other programming in addition to credit, non-credit and professional training courses. Campus facilities are available to reserve for GCC and non-GCC events. All spaces on campus must be reserved in our 25Live Scheduling System, whether a small meeting of faculty or a large conference.

Below you will find links and information on making a space reservation on our campus. Please follow instructions carefully to avoid missing information or paperwork.

Faculty and Staff may reserve space on campus for meetings, workshops, lectures, and other GCC sponsored events by filling out an Event Request Form in 25Live. Please note, a log in is required.

  • Professional Development Events: FLEX, CPGU, or GLOW UP - use the embedded form on the PLAY page if you do not have a 25Live login
  • Noncredit ESL Technology (Garfield Only): use the embedded quick form

While you can request the following locations in 25Live, you may wish to coordinate your event with the staff in these areas directly due to the specific nature of the spaces:

Do not use 25Live for:

  • Academic Courses: scheduled in PeopleSoft; changes must be made through the Division Chair Office
  • Student Clubs: activity requests must go through the Student Activities Office

If you do not have 25Live log in credentials, please contact Melissa Malandrakis, mmalandr@glendale.edu, to get started.

All student events must go through Student Affairs/ASGCC located in SC201.

For community or outside organizations, rental agreements must be arranged with Administrative Services. Access more information on the Facility Rentals page.
