The GCC Vocal Jazz Ensemble is a small group of auditioned singers. Vocal Jazz Ensemble meets weekly and performs regularly on campus and throughout California.

Auditions are during the first week of classes.

Singers in Vocal Jazz Ensemble perform vocal jazz standards, broadway, & pop!

The group performs on state of the art Shure digital wireless microphones mixed through a Yamaha QL-5 Dante based mixer. The group uses one or more student live sound engineers every semester!

The group performs regularly on campus as well as in the surrounding community, and also travels and participates in vocal jazz festivals.
